Most engineering curriculums focus heavily on textbooks, but the reality of a tool room is far more complex. A student might know what a CNC machine is but understanding how a block of P20 steel reacts to a high-speed spindle, or how to account for "shrinkage" in a plastic injection mould, requires hands-on experience. Our academy was founded to provide that missing link—turning graduates into industry-ready precision engineers.
